Steve Biko Osur

Steve holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Moi University (LLB) and a Diploma from the Kenya school of law. Mr. Osur has a heavy leaning towards litigation in a wide spectrum of legal fields, including Criminal law, constitutional law, family law, children and gender law, commercial transactions and general procurement law.

Mr. Osur is a writer on a wide range of topics both legal and extralegal. He has recently ventured in procurement law both public procurement and negotiations of tenders, alternative dispute resolution and trade law.

Said Ilham Hisham

Ms. Said holds a Bachelor of Laws from Kampala International University (LL.B) and a Diploma from Kenya School of Law. She has a bias towards conveyancing, Constitutional law and Judicial Review, Industrial and labour relations, Land Law and Commercial Law. She is an uprising counsel and a formidable court room practitioner, a skilled negotiator and arbitrator.

She has handled several land mark cases more so the emerging jurisprudence mainly in devolved government units. She is deeply knowledgeable in Islamic law, family and children law, gender law. Ms. Said is presently a council member at the Rift Valley Law Society

Collins Odhiambo Odundo

Collins Odhiambo Odundo is a graduate of Moi University School of Law and holds a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He joined the firm in 2011 as an intern, assisting in a number of constitutional petitions, and has been part of the firm to-date. He mainly focuses his sphere of practice in the areas constitutional litigation. He has a wealth of experience in legal consultancy and research. In addition, Mr. Odundo’s more recent experience includes: commercial contract disputes; labour and employment law; oil and gas law; legislative drafting; intellectual property law; international human rights law; gender law; and legal research.

Henry Opondo

Henry Opondo joined Odhiambo and Odhiambo Advocates in 2012 as an intern, and has slightly over 2 years experience in litigation, research and arbitration.

After he completed his ATP programme with the Kenya School of Law, he ​rejoined the firm in 2014 as a pupil and after admission became an associate. ​He has earned his place as an excellent researcher through vast opportunities in criminal law, human rights law,​ ​commercial law, Public and Private International law, Land law, ​legislative drafting, ​​banking law, insurance law, employment, competition, and ​Constitutional law. Opondo has advised a range of clients on several complex matters including ​Public Private Partnerships, ​​conveyancing, constitutional law, and negotiations. In addition to the above mentioned, ​Opondo has considerable experience in working with ​both Governmental and ​Non-Governmental Organizations. He has participated in ​drafting Bills, Policies and Training manuals for some of the organisations; he has also been involved in ​the registration and preparation of constitutions for various NGOs. He has also provided those organizations with advice concerning labor laws and employee relations, contract law and has prepared numerous service level agreements.​ ​Opondo is considered one of the most respected upcoming lawyers. Opondo has a bias towards​ ​Human Rights Law, ​Constitutional Law, Dispute Resolution and Litigation in the areas of​ ​Land Law, Employment Law, ​Banking and Finance; Insurance; Employment​ and​​ Arbitration​.​

Aim Yoni

Yoni holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Moi University (LL.B) and a Diploma from Kenya School of Law with a bias towards Land Law, Commercial Law, Labour and Employment Law. He’s an astute researcher, a draftsman and an efficient litigation expert.

Yoni has since ventured into the realm of industrial disputes and general litigation with a reputation for negotiated settlement and arbitral paths more so alternative dispute resolution.

He has also found a stable footing in criminal law as well as public procurement law generally. Aim is incredibly gifted in interpretation of the law. He is erudite and possesses unlimited strength in industry and dedication to the pursuit of justice.
